Dry Hopped Lager is crisp and refreshing with subtle malty flavours and super-hoppy aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and passionfruit. Brewed with Pilsner malt, this authentic lager is dry-hopped with Australian Galaxy hops to add big, fruity flavours. It's then ‘lagered’ (cold conditioned) to produce a full, well-rounded flavour.
Ghost Ship is a ghostly pale ale which takes its inspiration from Adnams 600-year-old haunted pub, The Bell. Brewed with a selection of malts - Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara. We use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours.
Southwold Bitter is authentic and full of character, just like its namesake – our hometown on the Suffolk coast. Copper-coloured and late-hopped with Fuggles, its distinctive, thirst-quenching, herbal hoppiness keeps you coming back for more. Synonymous with pub firesides, fresh sea air and the distant sound of crashing waves, it has everything you would expect from an English Bitter.
A zesty modern American Pale Ale, using the wonderfully floral and orange citrus character of the Amarillo hop, together with a small amount of Citra and Ekuanot to give further Citrus and herbal character and a zingy bitter finish.

Every batch of 54 is brewed with fresh water from the Yorkshire Dales and is fermented in our iconic ‘Yorkshire Squares’ – a fermentation system that is rarely used elsewhere in the world. German Pilsner malt forms the base of 54 whilst a blend of noble hops from Bavaria give it a distinct, aromatic finish with vibrant floral notes aplenty.
The pale malt blend provides a light and gentle base that allows the hops to sing on the palate and showcase their plethora of fruity and piney features. A sharp spike of hop bitterness works beautifully with the malt to leave a crisp and refreshing finish.
